| What is the Pre Camp Evaluation? |
| The Pre-Camp Evaluation includes the following: |
| 1. We will give you an introduction to Boot Camp and answer any questions you may have. We will also review your medical history. |
| 2. We will have you complete 3 tests: a 1 mile running and/or walking test, a sit up test and a push up test. These are base line scores to compare to your progress every 4 weeks. We will also do measurements at the recruits discretion. |
| 3. We will sit down and discuss your goals!! What can WE do to help YOU achieve your fitness goals? Weight Loss? Feeling stronger? Getting Leaner?? Getting prepared for a special event? Whatever YOUR goal is WE are here to help you achieve it!!! |
| 4. On your first day of class we will provide you with your own personalized boot camp exercise mat, boot camp t shirt and boot camp water bottle. |
|
What do I need to bring to camp?
Please bring water for hydration and a small towel. At your first day of class, you will be issued a personalized exercise mat, your boot camp t shirt that is required to be worn on Fridays and your boot camp water bottle. Optional items are gloves or mittens during cooler months. Dress in a layered fashion...even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast!
What if I sign up for the 1 month plan and desire to do the 3 or 6 month plan?
After starting camp, many recruits realize how fun and convenient it is so they request to sign up for more months. In addition, they realize that the more days they attend camp the greater the results. We ask that our recruits let us know by the 3rd class of the month if they wish to switch to a longer program.
Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you improve!

|
What kinds of people go to camp?
They are people just like you. Someone who needs a little push to jump start their fitness and wellness program. Some exercise experience is needed to ensure your safety and a better flow of class.
Is there a refund policy?
If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us by the THIRD session of the month. If we are notified after the 3rd session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp. This credit is only transferable between family members. Credit is not given toward private fitness training. There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable.

What is a typical day like at camp?
That's difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect some light running, obstacle courses, core training and jumping rope each week. On special days, we might include kick boxing, obstacle courses, circuit training and more!!! It's always an adventure, and you'll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and "core stability." Our camp is based on the US Navy Seal Team Workout scaled back for the civilian population. This workout uses your own body weight to create long lean muscle mass and help each recruit to achieve their best possible fitness level.

|
How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It's becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 clothing sizes within the first camp. Remember, everyone is different!
What will I do after camp is over?
You can get re-measured and tested to show your progress and success in the program. Many (up to 80%) of the campers return for a second and even third camp.
